Guestopix
Event album delivery
for photographers
A crowded evening wedding reception, several hundred guests under warm string lights.
Reception · 1 of 4 functions 0 faces indexed · 1 guest matched
Every guest. Every function. Every studio.

Your guest is in there. Somewhere.

Guestopix finds them. One QR code covers the whole wedding — every function, every studio — and each guest gets their own photos by email. Not a gallery link they have to dig through. Their photos.

The problem

An Indian wedding is not one event.

It is mehendi, sangeet, muhurtham and reception, across several days, often at more than one venue, shot by more than one studio. A guest appears across all of it.

Every other product in this category models one event, one photographer, one album. So that guest receives three separate links from three vendors — or, far more often, nothing at all from two of them.

Delivered day 3

The candid team

Sends a Drive link to the couple. The couple forwards it to nobody.

Delivered week 3

The stage team

Their own gallery, their own login, a different set of photos.

Never delivered

The video team's stills

Sitting on a hard drive. Nobody asks, so nobody sends them.

The sequence

What happens to one photograph.

Four states, in this order, for every frame a studio uploads.

01

The studio uploads

Up to 10,000 photos per wedding. Compressed in the browser before they leave the machine, so a 50GB album uploads in under an hour instead of failing overnight at 80%.

Resumable · masters never leave the studio
02

The guest scans, once

One QR at the venue covers the entire celebration. Name, phone, email, five selfies, and explicit consent for email and WhatsApp. Not once per function. Not once per studio. Once.

Consent recorded with a stated purpose
03

Faces are matched

Every face in every frame is indexed and compared against the guest's selfies. Five selfies rather than one is the cheapest accuracy gain available, because a profile shot can carry a profile selfie on its own.

Per-studio calibration · lookalike guard
04

The album arrives

By email, always. By WhatsApp when the guest opted in. When the video team finally delivers three weeks later, the guest gets a short note about the new photos — never a second copy of "your photos are ready".

Incremental delivery · no duplicate sends
The difference

Built for many studios, on purpose.

A contribution is both the unit of upload and the unit of ownership. Each studio keeps its own face index, so no studio can read another's.

Celebration — the wedding as a whole. One QR, one registration.
└─ Function — mehendi, sangeet, muhurtham, reception
└─ Contribution — one studio's upload for one function
Own schedules

Albums grow as studios deliver

The candid team in three days, the video team in three weeks. The guest gets their mehendi photos immediately and a shorter note later.

Revocable

A vendor can be removed cleanly

Unpaid, withdrawn or disputed — their photos leave every guest album at once, without disturbing anyone else's.

Calibrated separately

One studio's grade can't drag the rest

One shoots warm and heavily retouched, another cool and flat. Each contribution carries its own threshold, so a studio that benchmarks badly is tightened alone.

Accuracy

Results come back in two tiers, never one.

Published face-recognition benchmarks are measured on clean frontal portraits. They say nothing about a stage-lit reception with forty people in frame and three sisters who look alike.

Tier 1

Your photos

High confidence, and no second face in the same frame competing for the match.

Tier 2

Might be you

Shown separately for the guest to confirm. Where a sibling shares the frame, the match lands here by design.

A missed photo is invisible to the guest. A stranger's photo in their album is a data incident. Every threshold in the system is set from that asymmetry.

Pricing

Pay for a wedding, a season, or a year.

No storage meter. Albums expire at 30 days, so storage recycles instead of accumulating — you will never be asked to delete last season's work to make room for this season's.

Compliance

Two clocks, and only one of them is yours.

Face embeddings are biometric data under the DPDP Act 2023. Once matching is done the embeddings are not needed again, so they are not kept.

30

Days, for a face

Selfies and face embeddings are deleted on day 30. Not configurable, not extendable, not by anyone. Retention runs from the earliest delivery, so a late studio cannot quietly extend it.

30+

Days, for an album

The photographs are your work, and their life is your call. Extend a guest album when a client asks — the faces still go on day 30.

Guests are told which studios' photos were searched. Consent across several vendors is only meaningful if we name them.

Questions

Frequently asked

How do guests get their photos?

They scan the event QR and take a quick selfie — or just send the selfie on WhatsApp. Our face matching finds every photo they appear in and delivers a private album by email and WhatsApp, automatically.

How much does it cost?

India: ₹999 per event, ₹4,499 for five events, ₹14,999 a year unlimited — GST included, tax invoice with every payment. International: $29 per event, $119 for five, $449 a year.

Does it work on WhatsApp?

Fully. Guests can register and receive their album without ever leaving WhatsApp — QR → selfie in the chat → album link back in the same conversation.

Is face data private?

Each guest sees only their own photos. Nothing is public, guest details are never shared with the studio, and photos, selfies and face data are permanently deleted 30 days after the event unless extended.

Where does Guestopix work?

Anywhere. Built in India for Indian weddings, delivering worldwide — any event, any country, any number of photographers on the same event.
